These Terms of Service apply to the Briskelo online store and purchases made through it. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Briskelo.

Using the Store
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorised to use.
You must not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious software distribution, or unauthorised access to systems or information.
Products
Product pages describe the items offered, including relevant characteristics and prices.
Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but this does not excuse supplying goods that materially differ from their description.
Goods must meet applicable statutory requirements, including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and conformity with their description.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT where chargeable.
The total payable, including any relevant charges and discounts, is displayed before you submit the order. Standard delivery is free for destinations covered by our Shipping Policy.
We do not increase the agreed order price without your consent.
Order Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but is not acceptance.
The contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot accept an order because of unavailability, an unresolved payment issue, an unsupported delivery address, suspected fraud, or a material listing error, we will explain the issue and refund any payment collected without undue delay.
We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Payment
Payment options are displayed at checkout. Successful authorisation is required before dispatch.
If a payment is taken and the order is subsequently declined, it will be refunded. Your provider may separately control how long a pending authorisation remains visible.
Delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains locations, charges, processing, and transit estimates.
We remain responsible for fulfilling the order and addressing delivery problems according to the contract and applicable law.
Returns and Cancellation
Our Return Policy explains the voluntary 30-day return period, statutory cancellation rights, return costs, and refund procedures.
Nothing in these terms restricts statutory remedies for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
Website Content
Briskelo branding, text, graphics, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders.
You may browse the store and use its content for personal shopping. Commercial reproduction or distribution requires appropriate permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
Third-Party Services
Payment and other external services may have separate terms. Their involvement does not remove Briskelo’s responsibilities for purchases made from us.
Website Availability
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, but we remain responsible for existing purchase obligations.
Responsibility for Loss
We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Use of the website does not by itself constitute consent to optional marketing or nonessential cookies.

Contact tedcolo57@hotmail.com with details of your concern. We will review the matter and explain the proposed resolution. Contacting us does not limit your ability to use other lawful remedies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain applicable mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction where permitted by law.
Changes
Updated terms apply to future orders. An existing order remains subject to the terms agreed when its contract was formed, unless a change is legally required or expressly agreed with you.
